It was a big weekend for Team Escape Trails, first up we had two runners become ultra runners 
Both Aaron and Steph completed their first ever ultra at the Runaway Racing Suffolk Coastal Path 50k. Aaron has been working with Tom for the last few months leading up to this event, and Steph has been working with Neil after he helped her train for the London Marathon earlier in the year!
What a massive achievement for both of them, and we are very proud coaches!!!!
But it doesn’t stop there, both our coaches had great results too. Tom also finished the Suffolk Coastal Path 50k with a new 50k pb and his second fastest marathon ever. Meanwhile Neil ran leg 14 of the Round Norfolk Relay for the Norfolk Gazelles team, coming in two and half minutes under his predicted time! Not bad just a week after the Dragons Back.
