Whether you’re planning your first ultramarathon, or an experienced ultra runner looking to take on a multi day challenge, at ESCAPE trails we provide expert coaching to help you achieve that big running goal!
We work with athletes from all over the UK and beyond, who range from those taking on their first ultra to those taking on some of the biggest ultramarathons in the world including Lakeland, ARC 100 and the Dragon’s Back. We can work with any ability and all get treated the same, this is why unlike a lot of coaches we don’t have different tier services, we believe everyone should receive the same high level of service.
Our training plans aren’t generic ones off of the internet, our coaching is completely bespoke to each athlete, and is planned to fit in around your life, giving you the best chance of sticking to training and reaching your goals.
Neil has been running since 2015, and is an experienced trail and ultra runner.
In that time he has run lots of ultras, both as races, but also as his own personal challenges. Such as the From Mountains To Molehills challenge, where he attempted to run from Switzerland back to Norfolk, covering 280 miles.
Neil uses this experience as well as proven techniques, to provide a high level of coaching to all his athletes.
You will often see him at the local races crewing and supporting the ESCAPE trails athletes.
