Here at Escape trails we offer guided trail running experiences around East Anglia.
Whether you’re an experienced trail runner or a novice, we organise these guided trail runs to cater for all abilities. We have lots of experience on the trails around East Anglia and have planned different routes with a real variety of terrain and distance, so even if you have experience on the trails we can still find new trails for you to explore.
The runs are social and supportive and no one gets left behind. There will be lots of opportunities to take photos, and more importantly to take in the surrounding nature.
What pace will we be running at?
We will be running at a casual, social pace. These runs are not a race so please be aware that you may not be the slowest runner and we will be running at the pace of the slowest person.
What will I need?
We will be running on a variety of terrain from forest tracks to hard-packed trails so trail shoes, while not essential, would be advised – and be prepared to get them muddy!
Waterproof jacket and depending on the weather sun cream
At least 500ml of water and as many snacks as you think you’ll need.
Most importantly a willingness to enjoy the trails and have fun.

1:1 Guided Trail Runs
We also offer one to one guided trail runs. Were we can give more personalised guidance on technique, equipment, and routes. All at a date, time and location that suites you.
Choose one of our ESCAPE trails routes, or after arranging a location, and distance with you, we will come up with a bespoke experience for you.
