We realise that leaving the roads behind and hitting the trails can be daunting at first, so that’s why we’ve organised these runs. They will be aimed at trail running novices and we will cover what kit you need, technique, and tips and advice on how to enjoy trail running. We have lots of experience of trail running and will take the time to answer any questions you may have.
What pace will we be running at?
These runs are aimed at people that are hitting the trails for the first time, so the pace will be slow enough that we can answer any questions you may have and so that everyone feels comfortable.
What will I need?
We will be running over a variety of terrain and, whilst these runs will not be over too technical, terrain we would advise trail shoes if possible, but road shoes will do if we’ve had dry weather. If you need any advice on shoes before joining us on a run, please feel free to send us a message and we will do our best to advise.
A waterproof jacket and, depending on the weather conditions, sun cream.
Enough water and snacks to last, preferably at least 500ml of water.
Most importantly a willingness to learn and have fun.

We are also able to organise 1 to 1 and group runs for clubs, groups and businesses. Contact us to arrange.
